About Us
I can't remember a time when I didn't have a dog beside me. As a child I was reared with Labradors and Cocker Spaniels. After taking my first summer job I got my first Golden Retriever, Zoe. Through Zoe my love of Goldens and showing began.
After a tentative start Zoe and I learnt a great deal together and so started the Weisford Kennel.
After completing college and living in Dublin for a number of years, I was fortunate enough that Caoimhe (Riverdance Spring Azalea at Weisford) came to me from Pat and Bill Wheel of Riverdance. In essence Caoimhe has now become my foundation bitch. In 2007 we moved back to Wexford and started our life here again. The icing on the cake came this year with the arrival of a much waited for litter of puppies from Caoimhe and Teddy (Riverdance Spring Azalea at Weisford X GB CH Trewater Made to Measure). From this litter I have retained Reggie (Weisford Time to Deliver) and unexpectedly Jenny (Weisford Jenny Wren) to join the Weisford Team.
